Responsibilities
- Manage online listings for firearms across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Stage and prepare firearms for high-quality product photography with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Write clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptions to maximize visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain organized workflows to ensure listings, photos, and updates are posted in a timely manner.
- Accurately record all serial numbers and firearm details in compliance with ATF regulations.
- Complete and maintain all 4473 documentation with precision.
- Follow all federal, state, and company policies regarding firearm handling and record-keeping.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from online shoppers.
- Use proper spelling, punctuation, and professional communication in all written messages.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance about firearm features, conditions, and purchase requirements.
- Safely package and ship firearms to customers, ensuring secure and compliant delivery.
- Verify receiving FFL information and follow proper transfer protocols.
- Ensure each shipment meets standards for safety, protection, and customer satisfaction.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Consistently work toward achieving and surpassing sales goals.
