Responsibilities
- Manage regional revenue targets sourced or influenced by partners in EMEA and APAC
- Develop and implement a regional partnership strategy focused on high-value markets and partner categories that grow enterprise sales
- Drive co-selling initiatives with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure regional teams, using global alliances to expand local sales pipelines
- Source, engage, and integrate regional partners including consultancies, systems integrators, VARs, and technology firms in key markets
- Cultivate senior executive relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary regional representative
- Create and launch joint market entry programs such as co-selling, co-marketing, partner-delivered services, and vertical-specific offerings in sectors like finance, healthcare, and retail
- Collaborate with global partnerships leadership, regional sales leads, and cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align regional efforts with corporate goals
- Design and oversee in-region partner enablement initiatives, including training, certification, and ongoing support for effective selling and deployment
- Monitor and report on regional partner-generated pipeline, influenced annual recurring revenue, and partnership performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Navigate diverse regulatory, cultural, and business environments across EMEA and APAC, including compliance with GDPR and evolving AI regulations in Europe, to build credibility with partners and clients
- Represent the company at regional industry conferences, cloud partner events, and executive meetings
- Advocate internally for regional needs, including product features, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies specific to EMEA and APAC markets
