Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site leader for deploying and maintaining counter-UAS interceptor systems in NATO and allied operational areas
- Act as the main point of contact connecting field operations, engineering groups, and international partners
- Manage the integration of interceptor technologies into layered command and control systems, ensuring compatibility with allied platforms
- Supervise and coordinate field service representatives, engineers, mission managers, and maintenance teams
- Design and implement training initiatives, including train-the-trainer programs for partner forces
- Collect, record, and share operational insights from field deployments to inform product development and engineering updates
- Diagnose and resolve system performance, integration, and operational issues in real-world field conditions
- Support engineering change requests, system enhancements, and fast-tracked capability improvements using field-collected data
- Help identify and evaluate international manufacturing and supply chain partners to enable scaling and local production
- Lead expansion of program operations across Europe, including establishing new sites, coordinating partners, and rolling out capabilities
- Ensure deployed systems remain operationally ready through sustainment planning and lifecycle support
- Support engagement with NATO and allied stakeholders through demonstrations, customer interactions, and mission planning
