PartsBase Inc. is hiring an International Sales Executive (Malaysia)

About the Role

PartsBase Inc. is looking for an International Sales Executive to drive growth in the Malaysian market for aviation, aerospace, and defense. You will apply a resourceful, hunter mentality to build new business through proactive lead generation and consultative virtual sales.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage creativity and resourcefulness to identify, pursue, and secure new leads across multiple platforms.
  • Establish trust-based, long-distance relationships with potential clients through video calls, phone conversations, and personalized communication.
  • Accurately interpret client sentiments, unspoken cues, and needs to present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct engaging virtual presentations showcasing PartsBase’s value in procurement, digital advertising, and PBExpo, effectively closing deals.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, actively seek customer feedback, and refine your sales approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS environments with a strong focus on heavy KPI measurements.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven ability to proactively source and close sales virtually.
  • Strong skills in interpreting client body language and vocal cues remotely.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within a collaborative yet autonomous environment.

  • Aviation knowledge, experience, or background.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
