PartsBase Inc. is hiring an International Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Japan market. You will drive sales growth by proactively sourcing new leads, building virtual relationships, and closing deals for our aviation marketplace. Leveraging your fluency in Japanese and English, you will help us expand within the aviation, aerospace, and defense sectors.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new leads across multiple platforms.
- Establish trust-based, long-distance relationships with potential clients through video calls, phone conversations, and personalized communication.
- Accurately interpret client sentiments, unspoken cues, and needs to present tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging virtual presentations showcasing PartsBase’s value in procurement, digital advertising, and PBExpo, effectively closing deals.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, actively seek customer feedback, and refine sales approach to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS environments with a strong focus on heavy KPI measurements.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Proven ability to proactively source and close sales virtually.
- Strong skills in interpreting client body language and vocal cues remotely.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within a collaborative yet autonomous environment.
