In this role, you’ll own end-to-end hiring for high-volume teams including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud, ensuring we attract capable, diverse talent across regions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10–15+ concurrent roles, balancing speed with quality to meet business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define evaluation criteria, and align on hiring goals
- Develop sourcing strategies beyond traditional platforms, identifying new channels to connect with strong candidates
- Design and refine hiring workflows to improve candidate experience and increase process efficiency
- Use data to track pipeline health, forecast hiring timelines, and set realistic expectations with stakeholders
- Champion inclusive practices by expanding outreach to underrepresented talent pools and reducing bias in evaluation
- Mentor team members, share insights, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within recruiting
- Iterate on feedback from candidates and interviewers to smooth pain points in the hiring journey
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience supporting operations teams—especially in customer support, trust, safety, or fraud
- Proven success hiring at scale in fast-moving environments, particularly within startups or high-growth companies
- Strong track record managing the entire candidate lifecycle independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- A passion for building relationships with passive talent and creating positive candidate interactions
- Comfort taking ownership in ambiguous situations and driving solutions forward
- Belief that every hiring interaction reflects company values and shapes employer brand
