Polymarket is seeking an International Customer Support professional to own the user experience across live chat, email, and beyond. You will be the trusted voice of Polymarket for thousands of users, solving problems in real time, spotting trends before they become issues, and helping shape the way we engage with our community.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line customer support response across Discord, live chat, and email
- Develop and lead a culture of delightful customer support across multiple channels including Discord, email, Telegram, and chat
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the community, escalating priority issues to the relevant teams
- Collaboratively build internal programs, tools, resources, and training to improve product support workflows
- Act in compliance with Polymarket's regulatory and operational standards
- Use user pain points to drive real product improvements
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, trading, gaming, or web3, with hands-on exposure to exchanges, digital asset platforms, or regulated fintech environments
- Experience with payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
- Managed a large Discord or online community, understanding the difference between moderation and culture-building
- Comfortable working weekends and off-hours as needed
- A clear, sharp, human writer, capable of defusing a frustrated user, setting expectations in public, or drafting an internal process document
