Adrian Magnus, part of Carazo Enterprise SL, is hiring an International B2B Sales Agent for our remote sales team. Your primary focus will be identifying, contacting, and developing business relationships with international distributors and wholesale clients to grow the Adrian Magnus brand globally.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential distributors and B2B clients across international markets.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, report results, and meet KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling as a must.
- Proven international sales experience outside of local/CIS markets.
- Fluent English at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and result-driven approach.
- Experience with remote work and CRM platforms.
Technical Stack
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and equivalents.
