SAP Software Solutions | Business Applications and Technology is hiring an Internal Strategic Associate Consultant with a focus on Marketing & Communication for Product Experience Solutions. In this role, you will shape and deliver impactful internal and external communication strategies as part of the Product Experience Solutions team within the SAP Industries & Experience (SIX) organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop communication initiatives aligned with key business objectives, strategies, and programs
- Craft clear and compelling messaging in collaboration with subject matter experts and topic owners
- Support the end-to-end execution of integrated communication campaigns, including channel development, content creation, and audience engagement
- Manage and continuously improve internal and external websites, portals, and online platforms
- Analyze website and user metrics to optimize communication effectiveness across digital channels
- Manage ad-hoc communication requests, particularly for Executive Board-related topics
- Simplify and structure complex topics to produce concise, easy-to-digest content
- Build strong relationships with corporate and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events for diverse audiences
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with empathy, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- A hands-on, execution-driven approach paired with outstanding process and project management capabilities
- Experience or strong affinity for managing websites, intranets, or other digital communication platforms
- A curious, open-minded mindset and a true team player attitude
- Ability to work from the office in Hamburg
Nice to Have
- A degree ideally with a focus on Marketing
- German language skills are a plus
- Understanding of digital content formats, UX/website best practices, and platform governance principles
