Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers
- Processing quote requests and managing incoming sales enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and communication
- Consulting with customers via phone calls, online meetings and occasional site visits
- Updating internal systems with customer information, sales activity and pipeline progress
- Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives such as newsletters and outreach campaigns
- Working toward achievable KPIs and growth targets while continuously developing your skills

- Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via online meetings
- Positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
