Clarksons is seeking an Internal Sales Person to join our team at our Great Yarmouth office. This role is central to managing client relationships and driving growth within our safety supply business.
What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain client satisfaction and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Conduct business development activities for the Safety Supply division.
- Promote our products to customers and identify improvements or new products based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Gather client feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Place purchase orders, update the stock system, and ensure administration is current.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
