About the Role

Rexel is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to be the key connection for managing existing customer accounts and developing new business to meet branch targets. You'll manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face to face in branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
  • Be the first point of call for key accounts clients.
  • Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow your client portfolio.
  • Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
