Rexel is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to be the key connection for effective account management and new business development at our Boaler Street Liverpool branch. You will provide an excellent sales service to drive customer loyalty through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
What You'll Do
- Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
- Be the first point of call for key accounts clients.
- Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow your client portfolio.
- Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
