HIKINEX is looking for a Sales Account Executive to build foundational sales and communication skills by working directly with U.S.-based businesses. You'll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, booking discovery meetings, and supporting early sales conversations while collaborating closely with U.S. leaders.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound and cold calls to start real conversations and book discovery or intro calls
- Use prospecting tools to find potential clients and set meetings with the right people
- Help build the sales pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for sales managers
- Learn how to clearly explain what we offer, understand what prospects need, and decide if it's a good fit
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to test new messaging, campaigns, and outreach ideas
- Follow clear processes and standards so everyone stays aligned
- Jump in on special projects or new initiatives as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills and good comprehension
- No sales experience required - we'll train you, as long as you understand what sales is and are comfortable making cold calls
- Willingness to hear 'no,' learn from it, and keep improving
- Clear, confident communication with minimal filler words
Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound calls or U.S. clients is a plus
