Tyk is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in May 2026. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a fully remote, global workforce, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers and shaping effective talent strategies.
What You'll Do
- Owning end-to-end recruitment for multiple global vacancies across different functions
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Tyk, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and set realistic timelines
- Writing and refining job descriptions and adverts where needed
- Designing, setting up, and managing structured interview processes
- Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and internal talent pools)
- Screening and interviewing candidates, and managing the process through to offer stage as well as setting up contracts
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to all candidates
- Managing and maintaining accurate data within our ATS and recruitment reporting
- Identifying challenging roles early and working with hiring managers to adjust strategies
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
- Planning and forecasting hiring timelines in partnership with stakeholders
- Managing and negotiating offer processes and associated administration, ensuring stakeholder comms throughout
- Completing pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work verification
- Supporting onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers and setting up new starters (including HRIS onboarding via HiBob and swag coordination)
- Checking in with new hires to support a smooth onboarding experience
- Regularly updating the Senior People Advisor on hiring progress, challenges, and blockers
- Support the Senior People Advisor with any Ad hoc admin work
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Internal Recruiter

- Experience delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across a global, fully remote business
- Proven ability to take ownership of multiple vacancies across different regions
- Experience working closely with hiring managers to design effective hiring processes
- Experience sourcing top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and internal talent pools
- Experience screening and interviewing candidates
- Experience managing recruitment processes through to offer stage and contract setup
- Ability to provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
- Experience managing and maintaining accurate data within an ATS and generating recruitment reports
- Ability to identify challenging roles early and collaborate with hiring managers to adjust strategies
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Experience planning and forecasting hiring timelines with stakeholders
- Experience managing and negotiating offer processes and associated administration
- Experience completing pre-employment checks including references and right-to-work verification
- Experience supporting onboarding processes including coordination with hiring managers, HRIS onboarding via HiBob, and swag coordination
- Ability to check in with new hires to support a smooth onboarding experience
- Ability to regularly update the Senior People Advisor on hiring progress, challenges, and blockers
- Willingness to support the Senior People Advisor with ad hoc administrative tasks
