Join us as an Internal Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting May 2026, covering maternity leave. You’ll play a central role in managing recruitment across a distributed, remote-first company with a global workforce. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless, respectful candidate journey while strengthening hiring practices and supporting team growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions and regions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and selection criteria
- Develop and refine job postings to attract diverse, qualified talent
- Design and coordinate structured interview plans, ensuring consistency and fairness
- Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, direct outreach, and internal databases
- Conduct screening and interviews, guiding candidates through each stage
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback to applicants at all stages
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports
- Identify hiring challenges early and adjust sourcing or process strategies
- Build and nurture talent pools for critical or frequently hired roles
- Forecast hiring needs and align timelines with business priorities
- Manage offer negotiations and related communications with stakeholders
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and work eligibility
- Support new hire onboarding, including HRIS setup and welcome coordination
- Follow up with recent hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Provide regular updates to senior people team members on progress and obstacles
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment strategy and candidate experience
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a global, remote environment
- Strong track record of partnering with hiring teams to shape hiring plans
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and assessment techniques
- Experience sourcing through diverse channels, including direct outreach and social platforms
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools (HiBob experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement in hiring
