Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a remote Internal Audit Manager to provide independent assurance and improve enterprise-wide operations. In this role, you will lead the execution of risk-based internal audits and evaluate the adequacy of our controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policy.
What You'll Do
- Manage the development, coordination, and administration of the internal audit department, including setting and reviewing auditing standards.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute assigned audits from the annual audit plan, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide expertise to operations in identifying and assessing controls, enhancing processes, and evaluating management self-monitoring programs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
- 6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Consulting, or IT audit.
- 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
- Project management experience with concurrent multiple or large projects.
- Experience maintaining effective relationships with operational management.
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or another highly regulated industry.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $94,000 - $160,000.
