Hostaway is looking for an Internal AI Tools Specialist who is a tech-savvy builder obsessed with efficiency. You will design and deploy AI agents, API integrations, and automated workflows to support our internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations, focusing on creative problem-solving to remove friction and help teams work smarter.

What You'll Do

Translate complex business workflows into streamlined technical solutions.
Design and implement internal tools, automations, and AI agents using low-code tools and scripting.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections between internal software systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Creatively leverage the existing tech stack to build solutions without relying on new software purchases.
Launch tools quickly, gather user feedback, and continuously refine solutions.

What We're Looking For
