About the Role

This role supports the recruitment team by engaging in various stages of the hiring process, including outreach, screening, and coordination of interviews, while gaining exposure to strategic talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and contacting potential candidates through multiple channels
  • Support scheduling and logistics for interviews across teams
  • Help maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment workflows
  • Participate in job posting creation and distribution
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings based on role requirements
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and hiring managers
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events as assigned
  • Research industry talent trends and competitive hiring practices
  • Assist in building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Help evaluate candidate qualifications against position criteria
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel and hiring data
  • Support onboarding documentation processes
  • Track recruitment metrics and report weekly activity summaries
  • Engage with passive candidates through professional networks
  • Review resumes and applications for initial fit
  • Assist in developing employer branding content
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for hiring efficiency
  • Learn and apply compliance standards in recruitment practices

Compensation
