The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Recruitment & Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates, contributing to the development of a diverse external talent pipeline across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities. - Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline. - Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of high-quality talent. - Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. - Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activities. - Support the preparation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition reports for North America & LATAM and global teams. What You Need to Succeed - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates. - Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Advanced English proficiency.
