Responsibilities
- Assist in managing import and export processes across the Americas, particularly in the U.S. and Canada
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet service expectations and performance standards
- Handle reporting and operational tasks to maintain efficiency and transparency within the sea freight operations
- Monitor shipment progress, manage freight costs, and process invoices using Excel and data visualization tools
- Utilize platforms such as Tableau and Power BI for tracking and analysis
- Conduct data analysis on freight spending and shipping performance as assigned
- Support additional projects and duties as required by the logistics team
