Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational, administrative, and project-related assistance to the assigned team.
- Help organize, track, and manage data and records aligned with team objectives.
- Create summaries, reports, and presentation materials to advance team goals.
- Contribute to special projects and complete follow-up tasks as directed.
- Assist with student recruitment and enrollment activities at campus or APO locations.
- Offer classroom support, supervise lunch periods, and assist with student pickup and drop-off.
- Support the planning and execution of campus events.
- Provide technology-related assistance, including device check-in and distribution as needed.
- Aid in summer school operations and related academic programming.
- Perform front office duties such as copying, answering calls, tracking attendance, and assisting parents.
- Help generate data reports across departments when requested by leadership.
- Assist in creating or formatting PowerPoint presentations for meetings and presentations.
- Support information systems operations where applicable.
- Maintain and organize files and documents across various campus departments.
- Assist with student testing coordination and logistics.
- Support textbook management, including inventory, ordering, and distribution.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Principal of Operations.
Compensation
$10 hourly

- Travel to training sessions or step-back events may be required.
- Program duration is 8 weeks.
- Maximum weekly hours are limited to 32.
- Target start date is June 1, 2026.
- End date is July 31, 2026.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods without leaving the work area is required.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or move up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a degree program to qualify.
