Join Medtronic’s Remote Sales team as an Intern to drive customer engagement and business growth within the Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio. In this role, you will help uncover new opportunities, accelerate digital transformation, and boost commercial success by supporting sales activities and connecting with customers remotely.
What You'll Do
- Support remote sales activities of Medtronic's products within assigned customer accounts to help achieve sales goals.
- Help identify potential leads and business opportunities and refer them internally.
- Assist in gathering input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
- Support the commercial team in promoting education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- Actively reach out and communicate with customers on new products and current campaigns to generate new interest.
- Collaborate with technical consultants on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or currently studying a higher education degree (e.g. economics, management, healthcare).
- Fluency in both English and Czech languages.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g. online meetings, digital content sharing, social media).
- Basic knowledge or exposure to CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn new things and develop personal potential.
Nice to Have
- Sales background.
- Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach.
- Interested in optimization and improvement work.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
