Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign execution support
- Provide retailers and PR agencies with necessary brand assets (packshots, press releases, e-com banners etc.) to support 360 campaign execution.
- Maintain and update internal project management tools (sampling trackers, etc.).
- Manage digital creative briefs with retailers and creative teams for paid media, CRM, social media...
- PR & Influencer Support
- Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and messaging for tactical marketing campaigns.
- Assess influencer profiles for tactical seedings.
- Analyze influencer-generated content performances and provide key learnings for all PR initiatives.
- Manage all creative requests on Wrike for PR events, PR seedings…
- Retailer Social Media Support
- Manage the brand’s presence on retailer social media by providing bi-weekly post and story proposals.
- Conduct weekly audits of retailer Instagram and TikTok accounts to track brand visibility, analyze content themes, identify areas for improvement, and gather competitive insights.
- Marketing Analysis
- Conduct monthly competitive analysis of local marketing activations, including PR, events, in-store initiatives, online activations, OOH, and media to provide actionable marketing recommendations for our brand.
- Analyze retailers’ social media performance to identify top-performing content types and brands, and provide recommendations of Sol de Janeiro’s social media assets to be shared to the different retailers.
Requirements
- Master's student in Communication or Business school.
- Minimum 1 first experience in marketing, end of studies internship preferred (already 2 x 6-months internships)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
- Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
Nice to Have
- Affinity with beauty and digital marketing (influence, paid media etc) is a plus
- French is strongly recommended for ease of communication within the team.
