MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH is looking for an Intern, Human Resources Development and Digital Learning. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the digital transformation of learning and development initiatives within a leading commercial vehicle company. You will contribute to projects that empower our workforce through innovative learning solutions.
What You'll Do
- Create and curate digital learning content in various formats, such as learning videos and podcasts, for platforms like Degreed and Web Based Trainings.
- Support ongoing projects, for example those enabling the use of AI.
- Contribute to the conception, organization, and support of training sessions and online specialist lectures.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events.
- Create reports on metrics such as training hours and mandatory training completion.
- Support the translation of learning content and materials and prepare presentations.
What We're Looking For
- University studies in economics, business administration, psychology, pedagogy, or a similar education with a focus on human resources.
- A structured and independent way of working.
- Strong team skills and organizational talent.
- Enjoyment of communication and creating content.
- Negotiation-level German and very good English skills.
