Miratech is hiring an Intern (Finance Department)

As a Payroll Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance department with accurate and timely payroll operations across multiple international entities. You'll work directly with financial data, ensuring precision in data entry, reporting, and administrative processes that keep global payroll running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process bank statement data for PE and B2B in the 1C system
  • Upload payroll information for smaller jurisdictions including Norway, Slovakia, AG, and the UK into 1C
  • Assist with payroll-related communications and provide support for employees based in Ukraine
  • Manage and maintain the payroll mailbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Transfer processed payroll tickets to APR as part of the workflow cycle
  • Process deductions related to mobile communication services
  • Prepare detailed cash reports and assist with other financial documentation as needed

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—is essential. You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, and understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.

Technology Environment

You'll work with 1C for core financial operations and rely on Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis, gaining practical experience with systems used in global finance environments.
