ServiceNow is hiring an Intern - Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Develop meaningful connections and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams through a structured, fast-paced development program
  • Reach out to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms using approved communication strategies and qualification standards
  • Conduct targeted outreach to priority accounts by identifying and engaging new decision-makers, verifying buying signals, and tailoring interactions to generate high-value sales opportunities
  • Maintain engagement with key stakeholders by scheduling and coordinating customer meetings for the sales team
  • Utilize advanced technology platforms to deepen client relationships, increase deal velocity, and support larger deal closures
  • Gain practical exposure to enterprise solutions and understand how they address real-world customer needs
  • Maintain regular communication and alignment with leadership and support teams including Business Acceleration, Enablement, and Go-To-Market functions
  • Deliver a final presentation to executives summarizing contributions, insights, and project outcomes
