DSV is hiring a Legal Intern to provide essential support to our legal and compliance functions. In this role, you will contribute to the core operations of a global logistics leader while gaining practical experience in contract law, insurance, claims, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Draft contracts for clients and suppliers and provide negotiation proposals.
- Provide RFQ/bidding support and legal & compliance comments.
- Prepare legal letters and other documents as required.
- Conduct legal information research and present alerts.
- Handle Group Freight Forwarding Insurance, including policy updates, daily Q&A, and claim handling.
- Update other insurance policies (Property All Risks, Public Liability, General Liability).
- Manage insurance-related connections.
- Prepare and collect supporting documents for claims or cases.
- Ensure timely claims submission and follow up regularly until final resolution.
- Coordinate lawsuit cases on documentation and preparation.
- Perform claim and case analyses and report findings.
- Control DSV compliance policies and rules, including Group Policy localization.
- Support Group legal mandatory review for NDAs and other contracts.
- Verify company compliance capacity, distribute documentation, and conduct training.
- Draft, maintain, and update legal and compliance related work instructions and procedures.
- Analyze and report on legal and compliance related issuances.
- Monitor legal document flow related to the position and ensure full filing and validity.
- Complete other tasks and spot tasks assigned by your superior.

- Current enrollment in a law degree or related legal studies program.
- Strong interest in contract law, corporate compliance, and insurance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
