About the Role

This role partners with leadership and teams to deliver HR solutions that support business goals, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and recommend HR strategies
  • Manage employee relations by investigating concerns and guiding resolution processes
  • Support performance management cycles, including reviews and development planning
  • Advise managers on disciplinary actions, performance improvements, and policy application
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist in interpreting and applying collective agreements where applicable
  • Facilitate training programs on HR topics such as anti-harassment and onboarding
  • Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership review
  • Support organizational change initiatives and internal communications
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries about policies and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to standardize practices across teams
  • Identify trends in employee feedback and recommend improvements
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions with management
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR matters
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and identify patterns
  • Ensure consistent application of company values in people practices
  • Assist in audits related to HR processes and compliance
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through fair and transparent practices
  • Support remote and hybrid work models with inclusive policies
  • Coordinate HR activities during business transformations
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee well-being and satisfaction
  • Stay current with labor law updates and industry best practices
