In this role, you'll support people processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for 100+ contractors and managers in Latin America. - Own and support end-to-end people processes across the contractor lifecycle within defined frameworks - Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers on HR processes and day-to-day questions - Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support contractor engagement and experience - Participate in performance review processes, ensuring consistency and quality - Guide managers on people-related topics, providing clear, practical recommendations - Ensure a smooth onboarding, integration, and offboarding experience, including documentation and compliance - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and experience - Facilitate or support workshops and knowledge sharing on people management practices 🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
