Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and establish best practices.
- Engineer cloud-native workflows and integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid, and Azure Service Bus
- Define best practices, development standards, governance models, ALM pipelines, and security frameworks for Power Platform and Azure solutions
- Support presales efforts including solution design, technical assessments, client demos, and effort estimation
- Mentor developers, architects, and analysts to grow internal capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Lead delivery across the full lifecycle of projects, from conception and design through to development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Support and guide the delivery team in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to automation solutions.
- Support workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure effective adoption of automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to current or future automation projects.
- Ensure and maintain regular close client contact
- Join and lead weekly project update meeting on the status of the technical implementation of the automation(s)
- Actively implement best practices
- Communicate and manage requirements with the clients service department
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies
- Mastery of AI/ML services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI)
- Solid experience architecting and developing Azure-based solutions (Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, Event-driven architecture)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and integration patterns, REST APIs, connectors, data modeling, and security (Azure AD, Conditional Access, RBAC)
- Solid expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and release automation
- Understanding of AI and Cognitive Services to enhance automation solutions would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure strong customer relationships
- Understanding of customers' processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400, PL-600, CKA/CKAD
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of enterprise networking, zero-trust security models, and identity management with Azure AD
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration and extensibility
