This position plays a key role in supporting the integration of medical devices and healthcare information systems. You'll work directly with technical and clinical teams to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring reliable data transmission across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related incidents involving healthcare software and medical devices
- Configure and maintain interface engines to support interoperability standards such as HL7 and DICOM
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate system performance and data accuracy
- Document technical configurations, workflows, and resolution procedures
- Support onboarding of new integration projects, including testing and deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Experience with healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, or DICOM
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret logs and diagnose system behavior
- Familiarity with interface engines such as Rhapsody or Interfaceware is preferred
- Effective communication skills for working across technical and clinical teams
