We are hiring an Integration Health Engineer to be the proactive guardian of system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between applications and third-party services. Your role is vital to maintaining the high availability, stability, and reliability of our core technology and data flows.
What You'll Do
- Proactively monitor and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between applications and third-party services.
- Diagnose system failures and search for complete solutions to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Meaningful (2+ years) experience in system integration health, API monitoring, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting/query languages like SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation.
- A fundamental understanding of API integrations, system operations, and incident management best practices.
- Experience with industry-standard monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Superb communication skills.
