Smarter Technologies is looking for an Integration Engineer with deep Rhapsody and HL7v2 expertise to architect robust healthcare interoperability solutions. You will lead customer engagements end-to-end, translating complex technical concepts into durable, scalable interfaces for our SmarterDx platform.
What You'll Do

- Own integrations end to end, including specification development, mapping, configuration, testing strategy, go-live planning, and production stabilization.
- Lead data validation and reconciliation to ensure integrity, completeness, and interoperability compliance.
- Design for reliability and observability with monitoring, alerting, traceability, replay strategies, and operational runbooks.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead structured incident response, root cause analysis, and durable remediation.
- Improve integration operations through automation to streamline repetitive implementation tasks and increase throughput.
- Monitor evolving interoperability standards and translate them into actionable architectural guidance.
- Influence product and platform strategy by advising engineering based on field experience with schemas, data contracts, and mapping.
- Blend executive presence with operational humility, from leading strategy sessions to hands-on debugging.
