Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of tailored integration systems developed by engineering teams, ensuring proper setup within each client's unique technical environment.
- Use integration platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, and Zapier to configure, validate, and optimize workflows based on specific client needs.
- Serve as the main technical contact during implementation, joining customer meetings and managing correspondence to drive project progress.
- Troubleshoot and fix configuration problems to deliver high-impact functionality on schedule.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify client challenges and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop strong technical relationships with key IT personnel at customer organizations to demonstrate platform value.
- Document and distribute proven methods and insights across internal departments including sales, marketing, customer support, and product development.
