About the Role

Laserfiche is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of cohesive, cross-channel marketing campaigns. You will serve as the connective tissue across marketing teams, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated execution to drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead integrated campaign planning from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Partner with content, product marketing, demand gen, lifecycle, sales, and external partners to deliver unified campaigns.
  • Translate business and GTM objectives into integrated campaign briefs and timelines.
  • Own campaign messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Review content for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, typos, and punctuation issues.
  • Coordinate channel execution across email, web, paid media, social, events, and sales enablement.
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance based on data and insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, performance marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge and experience across CRM, MAP, GA, G2, content syndication, paid media, etc.
  • Experience supporting sales-led or hybrid GTM motions and familiarity with ABM and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives in a global, multi-language environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in relevant tools are a plus but not required.

  • Compensation: $117,000 - $130,000 per year.
