Integral Consulting Inc. is looking for an early-career Industrial Hygienist to provide technical support on client projects for our growing occupational health practice. In this role, you will apply your expertise to exposure and risk assessments while building skills in client communication and project management.
What You'll Do
- Perform exposure assessments and analyze exposure data from field studies or client-supplied information.
- Apply exposure modeling tools for inhalation and dermal exposures.
- Conduct occupational and scenario-based hazard and risk assessments to support risk management recommendations.
- Critically review and analyze scientific studies, rating their reliability and selecting key studies in a weight-of-evidence approach.
What We're Looking For
- An advanced degree in occupational or public health with a concentration in industrial hygiene.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree with academic experience working in human health risk assessment project teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in general toxicology, hazard identification, exposure assessment, risk characterization, and occupational risk management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.
Team & Environment
You will join a growing occupational health practice that currently includes four certified industrial hygienists (CIH). Projects involve collaboration with epidemiologists and toxicologists.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $65,000–$110,000
- Company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation.

- Paid vacation (10 to 15 days; determined by title at hire).
