About the Role

Handle the initial stages of client engagement by efficiently processing intake documentation and ensuring all information is accurately recorded. Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Process and finalize intake forms with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up with leads using multiple communication channels
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism, directing information as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized client records
  • Support daily operations with general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Contribute to social media efforts by posting content and replying to messages when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, respectful tone
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy when handling sensitive information
  • Experience in administrative support or client intake processes
  • Familiarity with behavioral health environments is a plus
