ONE80 INTERMEDIARIES INC is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative focused on life and health products. You will sell policies and manage client relationships via telephone, directly contributing to team sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Sell life and health insurance products to prospective and existing members via telephone
- Make outbound calls to upgrade and cross-sell additional products to current clients
- Meet individual sales and quality of business targets
- Review and analyze sales reports to monitor progress and provide improvement input
- Calculate and present quotes and write insurance applications
- Follow up on pending or incomplete transactions
- Participate in business retention activities, contacting members to encourage reinstatement of coverage
- Keep members informed about available products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Track monthly sales performance
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve problems professionally and on time
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and selling techniques
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Working knowledge of common office productivity tools, including spreadsheet and word-processing applications
- Current Life, Accident and Health insurance license
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in the insurance industry
- Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience
