Responsibilities

  • Guide potential customers through the insurance selection process

  • Assess client needs to recommend suitable insurance products
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Support clients during policy renewal periods
  • Address customer concerns to improve satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Stay current on product updates and underwriting guidelines
  • Educate customers on risk mitigation strategies
  • Process applications and ensure documentation is complete
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage based on life changes
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
  • Use CRM tools to track customer progress and outcomes
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all communications
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and pain points
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Help improve sales processes through performance insights
