Trucordia is hiring an Insurance Producer focused on the trucking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a portfolio of clients.
What You'll Do
- Meets established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilizes company sales tools to execute activities like cold calls, appointments, and presentations to close new business.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to master a chosen area of focus.
- Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
- Collaborates with Client Service teams to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
- Follows established sales methodologies and best practices, including the proper use of sales tools and platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance sales, specifically within the trucking industry.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to manage and grow a book of business.
- Strong skills in prospecting, presenting, and closing new business.
- Commitment to following structured sales processes and utilizing sales technology.
- Collaborative mindset to work with service teams on client retention and placement.
