INSHUR is seeking an Insurance Broker to join ABI Insurance, our tech-enabled commercial brokerage specializing in the for-hire transportation industry. In this executive role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of commercial transportation clients, hunting for new business, and delivering top-tier service and creative insurance solutions.
What You'll Do
- Strengthen and scale your current portfolio of commercial transportation clients.
- Hunt and close new business in the on-demand commercial auto space.
- Be the go-to advisor on risk and coverage for your clients.
- Analyze client operations and loss history to uncover risk transfer opportunities.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and coverage with top insurance carriers.
- Craft standout insurance packages across the on-demand economy.
- Manage renewals and retention with proactive, seamless client service.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to elevate every account.
- Ensure all programs are compliant and contract-ready.
- Expand your portfolio through business development.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, especially auto risks.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Regulatory knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements for transportation risk.
- Confident negotiation and clear communication skills.
- Proficiency with brokerage tools, G-Suite, Slack, and other relevant technology.
