Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction using a centralized, standardized curriculum according to a fixed remote teaching schedule.
- Encourage student participation by facilitating discussion forums, interactive course content, and hosting weekly office hours.
- Conduct regular outreach to students each week to support engagement and academic progress.
- Evaluate student assignments and submit grades on a weekly basis.
- Monitor individual student performance and provide timely, constructive academic feedback.
- Develop customized learning resources based on observed student needs to enhance understanding and success.
- Uphold professional standards by following institutional policies, maintaining current faculty documentation, and communicating effectively with staff and learners.
