CDL Schools LLC seeks a dedicated Instructor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the instruction, safety, and daily operations of our driver training programs. You will report to the Training Manager and ensure all instruction is delivered in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, consistent with our curriculum guidelines.

What You'll Do

Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records.
Coordinate and plan daily instruction, ensuring proper utilization of equipment and students.
Present instruction in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
Instruct, supervise, and monitor student actions in all phases of training to ensure compliance with program policy.
Evaluate students daily and conduct formal evaluations on a regular schedule using appropriate tests.
Document any student problems and maintain records in the student file.
Maintain the classroom in a neat and orderly manner.
Serve as a 'Role Model' to students regarding dress, conduct, and attitude.
Participate in professional organizations, staff meetings, in-service education, and selected professional growth meetings.
Perform other duties as required to accomplish essential job functions as directed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Current CDL A license.
Minimum 6 months verifiable driving experience (military experience may be considered).
