The Block is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Product & Engineering department. You will be responsible for designing and developing learning materials and programs for our technical teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in engineering and product to identify training needs.
- Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate based on feedback.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects from analysis through to implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in instructional design, preferably within a technology or product environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating instructional design capabilities.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within Europe.
