About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans, and you will be the primary point of contact for key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure additional revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account progress and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and developments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Provide regular feedback to clients on their performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all client communications are timely, accurate, and professional.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
