Design and deliver effective blended learning solutions by integrating online and in-person instructional strategies to support comprehensive training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop course materials that combine digital and face-to-face learning components
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Create engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools
- Structure curriculum frameworks aligned with learning objectives
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluation methods
- Revise instructional content based on feedback and performance data
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all learning materials
- Integrate multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement
- Manage timelines for course development and deployment
- Support facilitators with training delivery resources
- Apply adult learning principles to instructional design
- Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes
- Maintain version control for all training assets
- Coordinate with IT teams for learning management system integration
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to course access
- Stay current with trends in educational technology
- Ensure consistency across all learning platforms
- Document design processes and project workflows
- Support pilot testing of new training programs
- Provide recommendations for improving learning experiences
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in instructional technology or related discipline
- Experience in corporate training environments
- Familiarity with video production tools
- Certification in instructional design
- Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards
