Responsibilities
- Build eLearning Modules - Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team members
- Apply interactivity, multimedia elements, and assessments aligned to defined learning objectives
- Ensure SCORM compliance and cross-platform functionality
- Follow templates, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistency
- Conduct self-reviews and basic quality checks before submission
- Create Learning Content & Storyboards - Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured, easy-to-follow learning content
- Support the development of storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learning
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve quality
- Use Technology & Maintain Quality - Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content drafting and iteration
- Follow established QA processes and checklists to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Adhere to defined workflows and timelines
- Proactively flag risks, gaps, or issues to senior team members
- Learn & Grow - Participate in team knowledge-sharing and apply new techniques
- Actively seek and apply feedback to improve your work
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and content development workflows
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content creation (strong portfolios from recent graduates will be considered)
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning)
- Ability to create structured content and basic storyboards with guidance
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI video or animation tools (Synthesia, Vyond, Runway, etc.)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Basic experience with visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Instructional design or eLearning certifications
