Gate is looking for an Institutional Key Account Manager to join our team. You will focus on institutional and VIP services for the APAC region, managing key client relationships and fostering growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with institutional clients and VIPs across the APAC region.
- Drive growth and retention for key accounts through tailored service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate internally to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within financial services or a related sector.
- Deep understanding of institutional client needs and the APAC market landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote environment.
