Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence across a broad geographic region
- Engage with healthcare providers including doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists across various specialties
- Conduct outreach at key locations such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units
- Clearly convey complex clinical information in a precise and understandable manner
- Participate in regular field visits with internal teams such as management and marketing
- Leverage data analytics to identify high-impact opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Meet or surpass established sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and update territory-specific data using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Travel as required, including air travel, to support regional objectives
