Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic plan to expand market presence across a broad geographic region by engaging key stakeholders and decision makers
- Engage with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists across various medical specialties
- Conduct in-person visits at locations such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units
- Clearly convey complex clinical information and tailored messaging in diverse medical environments
- Collaborate in the field with internal teams such as management and marketing as required
- Use data analytics to refine outreach strategies and focus on high-return opportunities
- Meet or surpass established sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and update territory-specific data using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Travel as necessary to support business objectives, including air travel when required
