Remote Recruitment is looking for an Insolvency Administrator to join a leading UK-based insolvency and restructuring firm. This full-time role focuses on the detailed administrative management of a variety of corporate and personal insolvency cases as part of a remote team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases such as CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies.
- Prepare standard case documentation, reports, and statutory forms.
- Communicate with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
- Maintain and update case files and databases with accuracy.
- Draft progress reports for insolvency practitioners and stakeholders.
- Handle statutory filings in line with UK insolvency regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider insolvency team.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a UK insolvency administration role.
- Strong understanding of UK insolvency processes and terminology.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience using insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS or Turnkey) is an advantage.
