About the Role
The Senior Analyst will manage key accounting functions in NetSuite, support month-end close activities, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements across financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions within NetSuite
- Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements in accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
- Ensure proper documentation for all accounting entries
- Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting procedures
- Support intercompany transaction processing and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot system issues related to NetSuite
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain compliance with GAAP standards
- Track and report on key financial metrics
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting records
- Support integration of financial data from subsidiary systems
- Evaluate and recommend internal control improvements
- Work closely with external partners during financial reviews
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
